STEP 1: Submit your enquiry and photos by email (through our Pre Consultation Form)
To provide you the best service, we require you fill out all the stages of the Pre-Consultation Form accompanied by good quality pictures, which will provide us the necessary information; and will allow our medical team to evaluate your case and give you an exact and appropriate medical diagnosis, and a quotation tailored to meet your needs.

Required Photographs
For body surgery Full-body pictures: Front, back and profile.
For face surgery Facial pictures: Front and profile (both sides: right & left).
Only those applications including the photographs will be taken into consideration and studied by our Health Care Professionals.

NOTE: All information received will be treated as strictly confidential.

STEP 2: Receive your Quote
Following the receipt of your Pre-Consultation Form and close up photos, you will receive your all inclusive plastic surgery package cost which includes the cost of the procedures you have chosen to perform, the available dates and the length of time you will need to spend in Bolivia.
The amount fixed by Cosmetic Surgery Vacation Packages is your definitive amount. There is no hidden cost!

Your All Inclusive Package will include:
– The Surgical Procedure
– Surgeons, Anesthetist, and all medical team fees
– Hospital Stay
– Hotel Stay
– All the Pre and Post-operative Consultations
– All Local Transportation from and to (Airport / Hotel – Hotel / Hospital – Hotel / Medical Consultations)
– Bilingual Assistant

STEP 3: Book your date
After you have decided the date of your departure, you will be able to make your reservation.
There are 2 two possible ways to make your reservation and block your date:

1) By paying 10% of your total package before your arrival to Bolivia. In this case you will have to make an international bank to bank transfer or a Western Union deposit to the Surgeon.

2) Or if you do not want to pay any amount before you meet the surgeon, you can make the reservation of your trip just by sending us by email the copy of your travel arrangement (purchase confirmation of your flight ticket), that includes all the information about your flight (date and hour of arrival and departure, Airline Company, flight number, etc).
This process will avoid you to send money before your arrival to Bolivia.
If you choose this way to block your trip; the total amount of your package will have to be paid the day of your surgery in American dollars (USD) or Euros.

 STEP 4: Receive the Program of your trip

Following receipt your payment, or following the receipt of your flight ticket, your consultant will send you the Program of your Trip and the schedule to you with regards to all the information concerning your surgery and your stay in Bolivia.

STEP 5: Arrival at Viru Viru International Airport (VVI) – 
When you arrive at the airport, a private driver will be waiting for you inside the airport and will take you to your hotel accommodation.
Your personal assistant will be waiting for you at the hotel; she/he will speak your language and will answer all your questions regarding your trip.

STEP 6: First consultation with your surgeon
The day of your arrival your personal assistant will drive you at hospital to attend the first appointment with your surgeon and medical team.
You will have to bring your blood tests results with you (all the blood tests will have to be done in your country prior your arrival to avoid loss of time once you are in Bolivia).

STEP 7: Your Surgical Intervention
Your surgical procedure(s) will be performed the day after your arrival.
The day of surgery you will be picked up by your assistant from your hotel and taken to the hospital.
All administration and patient admission details will be taken care of. Your service manager will visit you each day, and will be there to pick you up when you are discharged after your surgery. You will then be driven back to the hotel accommodation for complete rest and relaxation to fully recover from your surgery.

STEP 8: Post Operative & Convalescence
You will recover following the doctor’s instructions. The first few days after surgery are the most important to get adequate rest.
After your surgery a Doctor (not a nurse) will visit you at your hotel 5 days a week to check your health conditions and to help you in case you need anything during your stay.
Usually, 2 post-surgical appointments will be necessary for the surgeon to check your general condition and ensure that you are healing well.
During the first one, your surgeon examines the bandages and the patient’s general condition.
The stitches will be removed during the final consultation (if applicable), and your surgeon will give his authorization so that you may return to your country.
After recovering, once the surgeon is pleased with your progress, you will be given authorization to enjoy some of the interesting attractions our city offers. We’ll make all necessary arrangements for you to make some travel excursion either within or outside the city, according to the doctor’s permission.

Step 9: Back to your Country!
The day of your departure a private chauffeur will drive you from the hotel to the airport.
Our commitment doesn’t finish there. Cosmetic Surgery Vacation Packages will keep in touch with you even after you have returned to your country.
